J. Jeffrey Cash, Esq.
Mr. Cash, the Company's outside general counsel, is a corporate attorney and founder partner of Cash Klemchuk Powers Taylor LLP in Dallas, Texas. His primary practice areas include Securities Law, Private Equity, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Cash has represented a wide array of clients in the private equity arenas including start-ups, venture capital companies, and established companies seeking capital through various structures, and will assist the Company in all aspects of the private equity process and its strategic corporate platform. Mr. Cash earned his law degree from Pepperdine School of Law, cum laude, in 1997, and conducted his undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University in 1992. Mr. Cash was recognized as a Rising Star in the Texas legal field by the Texas Super Lawyers in 2004.
William Rohloff
William A. Rohloff is a broadly-experienced healthcare executive with thirty years of operations and business development experience in both not-for-profit and investor-owned hospitals, as well as physician practice groups. He has served as CEO in multiple organizations, with demonstrated proven performance in planning and achieving strategic objectives, creating productive work teams, developing service markets and managing operations with high integrity.
His career started with an administrative residency and senior staff appointment at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas and has encompassed hospital executive responsibilities for facilities as large as 350 beds and as small as 40 beds. Outside of hospital positions, he developed and managed the operational infrastructure for a freestanding cancer center in Arlington, Texas, created and executed a growth strategy that doubled annual revenue for a small emergency management company, and assumed multi-state operational and business development responsibilities for EmCare, the nation’s largest emergency medicine management company, during a critical time of transition for that company.
Mr. Rohloff is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and well-regarded as a successful communicator, whether working with boards of directors, physicians, management teams or frontline employees. He holds a Texas license for Nursing Facility Administration has been an active member of the Medical Group Management Association and has served in leadership capacities for the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Texas Hospital Association.
Kristy Mouser
Kristy Mouser has extensive experience in operations, managed care, and technology in the health care industry. She has served in leadership roles for integrated delivery systems, multi-specialty physician groups, and publicly traded technology companies.
Most recently, Kristy served as Director of Business Development for MyDocOnline and was responsible for developing channel partners with health care payers and self-funded employers. She pioneered an innovative new concept of virtual office visits with high tech tools while successfully negotiating coverage approval by managed care, signing one of the first deals of its kind in U.S. Expertise
Kristy's proven success in turnaround and performance improvement has allowed organizations to exceed their goals and expectations. Her understanding of the dynamics of technology adoption along with a strong reimbursement and operations background gives her an edge in assisting providers with opportunities for improvement.
Dr. Sam Alianell
Dr. Alianell is a Houston based physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Sam attended the University of Buffalo in NY and received his graduate degree from the Health Science Center at Syracuse, NY followed by his residency at Loma Linda University Medical in California.
John J. Vandeberghe
North Dakota based businessman with a vast amount of experience in venture capital business opportunities. John has served on advisory board of several high technology companies. Mr. Vandeberghe graduated with a degree in economics from North Dakota State University.
